Playmorning

Playmorning is a parent participation play group held Monday through Friday at various military community centers, parks and at our branch for moms, dads, and children from birth to 5 years old. There is a Program Fee of $2 per child per visit. The ASYMCA AMR Branch offers multiple Playmorning sessions at various sites to include ASYMCA AMR, Hickam Comm. Ctr, Moanalua Comm. Ctr., & Pearl City Penninsula Comm. Ctr.

parent-participation preschool

The ASYMCA Parent-Participation Preschool offers a unique opportunity for parents who want to be actively involved in their child's first educational experience. 100% parent participation is offered at $70 a month twice a week for a two hour session. We offer four sessions Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 - 11:00 or 11:30 - 2:30Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We accept 3 through 5 years old children. Class size is limited to 10 children. The cost is $120 per child.

Children's Waiting Room

AMR's Children's Waiting Room offers on site childcare for well children while their parents or siblings have medical appointments at Tripler Army Medical Center. The Children's Waiting Room is open Monday through Friday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:00. There is a $5.00 flate rate per child per visit. Reservations are required. No more then two hours per day. CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION

We offer classes for anyone preparing for a birth, new parents, as well as those with any type of previous birth experience. Learn relaxation, safety, labor companionship, comfort measures, options for birth planning, post-partum wellness, and breast feeding.
